Mr. Shah is the founder and managing partner at Prime Oak Capital. In 2019, Mr. Shah launched Prime Oak Capital MHC Fund I, a real estate investment fund focused on acquiring manufactured housing communities. Through 2021, the Fund acquired assets of nearly $25M and 300 units, and while many real estate sectors initially suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic, Fund I thrived as tenants remained in place paying rents as agreed. Building upon Fund I’s success, Mr. Shah launched Prime Oak Capital MHC Fund II in late 2022, and the portfolio has since grown through continued acquisitions across the Southeast. Together, Funds I & II along with other syndications now hold more than $60M in assets under management and $120M in total capitalization, with 17 communities and 1445 pads across six states.

Mr. Shah began his career at Prijems Inc., one of the world’s premier diamond manufacturers. Mr. Shah was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2009, and under his leadership, grew sales 10x at an annual CAGR of over 20%. Prijems currently employs a team of 50+ individuals worldwide.

Mr. Shah graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, and lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife, two sons and daughter.

Mr. Jackson serves as Chief Operating Partner at Prime Oak Capital, where he is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, capital projects, and day-to-day property operations across the firm’s portfolio. He also leads Homebreeze Living, Prime Oak Capital’s property management company, directing teams across community operations, maintenance, leasing, and sales.

Prior to joining Prime Oak Capital, Mr. Jackson co-founded Valhalla Investment Property Group, a manufactured housing investment firm. Before that, he served for more than twenty years in the United States Marine Corps as a subject matter expert and technical advisor for small arms weapon systems, retiring in 2023. Mr. Jackson lives outside Atlanta, GA with his son and daughter.

Mr. Tate leads Prime Oak’s development and entitlement strategy. He brings over twenty years of experience in entitlements and has developed over $1,000,000,000 in real estate assets, co-founding Guardian Yards, Open Roads, The Embarcadero Group, Fortbay LLC, and Urban West real estate investment and development firms. Mr. Tate holds a B.A. in Business Administration from University of the Pacific. He currently resides in Del Mar, CA with his wife, two sons and two daughters.

Ms. Gallagher oversees Investor Relations at Prime Oak Capital. Prior to joining Prime Oak, Ms. Gallagher worked as an operations manager at Prijems Inc., where she was responsible for the firm’s daily operations and administrative functions. Ms. Gallagher holds a Master of Business Administration from Westwood College. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.

Ms. Horrell serves as the Director of Sales & Leasing at Homebreeze Living, Prime Oak Capital’s property management company. With more than 30 years in multifamily, affordable, and manufactured housing management, she has built a career around operational excellence, team development, and resident satisfaction. Her background spans LIHTC compliance, portfolio oversight, leasing strategy, and hospitality operations. Ms. Horrell lives in Katy, Texas with her husband, Dan.
