Mr. Shah is the founder and managing partner at Prime Oak Capital. In 2019, Mr. Shah launched Prime Oak Capital MHC Fund I, a real estate investment fund whose focus was to acquire manufactured housing communities. Through 2021, the Fund acquired assets of nearly $25M and 300 units, and while many real estate sectors initially suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic, Fund I thrived as tenants remained in place paying rents as agreed. Building upon Fund I’s success, Mr. Shah launched Prime Oak Capital MHC Fund II in late 2022. Together, Funds I and II hold more than $35M in assets under management and $70M in capitalization, with 11 properties and 755 units across four states.

Mr. Shah began his career at Prijems Inc., one of the world’s premier diamond manufacturers. Mr. Shah was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2009, and under his leadership, grew sales 10x at an annual CAGR of over 20%. Prijems currently employs a team of 50+ individuals worldwide.

Mr. Shah graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, and lives in Beverly Hills, CA with his wife, two sons and daughter.

Mr. Tate leads Prime Oak’s development and entitlement strategy. He brings over twenty years of experience in entitlements and has developed over $1,000,000,000 in real estate assets, co-founding Guardian Yards, Open Roads, The Embarcadero Group, Fortbay LLC, and Urban West real estate investment and development firms. Mr. Tate holds a B.A. in Business Administration from University of the Pacific. He currently resides in Del Mar, CA with his wife, two sons and two daughters.

Mr. Jackson serves as Prime Oak’s acquisitions lead, spearheading owner and broker relations. Mr. Jackson also has a background in capital projects and manages this for the firm’s new communities. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jackson co-founded Valhalla Investment Group, a MHP real estate investment firm. Mr. Jackson began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving for twenty years as a subject matter expert and technical advisor for small arms weapon systems. Mr. Jackson lives outside Atlanta, GA with his son and daughter.

Ms. Gallagher oversees Investor Relations at Prime Oak Capital. Prior to joining Prime Oak, Ms. Gallagher worked as an operations manager at Prijems Inc., where she was responsible for the firm’s daily operations and administrative functions. Ms. Gallagher holds a Master of Business Administration from Westwood College. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.
