In 2019, we were presented with an opportunity to purchase a manufactured housing community in Boise, Idaho. As we performed further due diligence, we realized that this asset class presented a significant risk-adjusted return premium compared to other real estate sectors. We thus embarked on our journey, acquiring more communities and consolidating our portfolio.
Since then, we have continued to grow and have expanded to new regions as we developed significant expertise in the intricacies of owning, operating, and investing in manufactured housing communities. We are excited to continue this voyage alongside our investors in this remarkable asset class.
